HON. EJIKE EZE'S EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE Hon. Ejike Eze, the Member Representing Igbo Eze North Constituency 1 and Chief Whip of the Enugu State House of Assembly, is set to host a groundbreaking Empowerment Program aimed at supporting hardworking individuals and bright students from less privileged backgrounds. This program will take place on Sunday, 22nd December 2024, at Hon. Ejike Eze's residence in Okata. The initiative is designed to empower individuals in two categories: Okada riders and aspiring riders in need of motorcycles, and University-bound students from poor backgrounds with strong academic credentials, through a scholarship scheme.   Gov Mbah doing excellent work in Enugu – British High Commission The Government of the United Kingdom has commended Governor Peter Mbah’s development strides in Enugu State, saying he is doing an excellent job across various sectors. The UK Government also expressed its readiness to partner with the Government of Enugu State for the mutual benefits of both the state and UK, citing the longstanding bilateral ties between it and Nigeria.   The commendation was given by the British Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria, Ms Gill Lever, during a working visit to the governor at the Government House Enugu on Wednesday. Breaking: Igbo-Etiti council Boss initiaties free transport...

  FREE TRANSPORTATION FOR IGBO-ETITI INDIGENES The Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area  (LGA) under the leadership of Hon Dr Eric Odo has initiated a program to provide free transportation service for indigenes of Igbo-Etiti local government who wish to return home during the upcoming festive season. This initiative is part of an annual exercise aimed at supporting Igbo-Etiti indigenes residing outside Enugu state to return home for the celebration of important cultural occasions and ceremonies with their families and loved ones. ELIGIBILITY The program is specifically designed for registered and identified indigenes of the Igbo-Etiti local government.  Target locations include major cities across Nigeria including Lagos, Kano, Abuja, and Onitsha.
